These disorders have increased considerably in the national and global population and are caused by the sedentary lifestyle, alcohol, smoking, and stress to which people are subjected today. This study investigates the etiology of these diseases, their impact on patients treated oncologically, dental management, and appropriate decision-making when treating them. Patient analysis will be conducted according to established parameters, such as a thorough history-taking and recognition of the disease by both the patient and the dentist. The study reflects on the importance of this topic for patient health, as patients are sometimes unaware of the disease they suffer from and the potential complications it can cause if they do not mention it. The goal is also to set a precedent for teamwork, as communication between the doctor and dentist is vitally important when treating patients.El presente trabajo constituye un estudio aplicado en la educación odontológica profesional a lo que enfermedades cardiovasculares (Hipertensión arterial. Insuficiencia cardiopulmonar, Alteraciones congénitas) se refiere ya que estas alteraciones han aumentado considerablemente en la población nacional y mundial y son causadas por el sedentarismo, el alcohol, tabaquismo y estrés al cual se está sometido hoy en dia. En este estudio se indaga sobre la etiología de tales enfermedades, sus incidencias sobre pacientes tratados ontológicamente, el manejo odontológico y la toma de decisiones apropiadas al momento de tratarlos. El análisis del paciente se realizará de acuerdo a parámetros establecidos como profundización exhaustiva de la anamnesis y reconocimiento de la enfermedad por parte del paciente y del odontólogo. El estudio hace una reflexión sobre la importancia del tema en cuanto a la salud del paciente ya que estos en algunas ocasiones desconocen la enfermedad que padecen y de las posibles complicaciones que causarán si no lo mencionan.
