Additionally, the patient's ability to maintain good hygiene and the height of the abutment root to achieve adequate total occlusal convergence (TOC) are considered. Abutment teeth must have a healthy periodontium, free from inflammation and mobility, as they will bear additional load. Understand the importance of restorative procedures, considering the patient as a "human person" who deserves our full respect and consideration. To enter this field, we must first analyze the importance of fixed prosthetics.
