Method: Experimental study phase II of laboratory, whose object of study was 25 first and seconds molares of rats to wistar with a weight of 236 grams to 435 grams, of four months of age. The variables were: Anesthesia protocol, clinical handling in bioterio, maintenance of the clogging in cavities class I, histologies type of obturant material, weight, time and findings. Results: In the anesthesia protocol was used it: acepromazina operating room, butorfanol, ketamina and atropine, isoflurano and ketoprofeno. The clinical handling was made on guard of ventral cubito. 14 cloggings stayed, 4 in amalgam by 29 days. 2 in iondmero glass by 21 days and 8 in resin by 41 days. Método: Estudio experimental fase II de laboratorio, cuyo objeto de estudio fueron 25 primeros y segundos molares de ratas wistar con un peso de 236 a 435 gramos, de cuatro meses de edad. Las variables fueron: protocolo de anestesia, manejo clínico en el bioterio, mantenimiento de la obturación en cavidades Clase I, tipo de material obturante, peso, tiempo y hallazgos histológicos. Resultados: En el protocolo de anestesia que se utilizó en el quirófano fue: Acepromazina, Butorfanol, Ketamina y Atropina; Isoflurano y Ketoprofeno. El manejo clínico se hizo en posición decúbito ventral. 14 obturaciones se mantuvieron, 4 en amalgama por 41 días, 2 en ionómero de vidrio por 21 días y 8 en resina por 29 días. Los cortes histológicos fueron muy gruesos y no se reportan hallazgos. Conclusión: Los anestésicos fueron acepromazina, xilacine, ketamina y ketoprofeno. El manejo clínico es en posición decúbito ventral.
