He underwent several surgeries and subsequently lost his teeth due to the use of prosthetic appliances, without receiving any further rehabilitation. This condition affected important functions such as chewing, speech, and swallowing. After clinical, radiographic, and stomatological evaluation, the ideal treatment was determined to be pre-prosthetic surgery (vestibuloplasty) and the fabrication of complete upper and lower dentures, with the aim of restoring oral function, aesthetics, and the patient's confidence.El caso clínico presenta a un paciente masculino de 51 años con antecedente de paladar hendido desde el nacimiento, quien fue sometido a varias cirugías y posteriormente perdió sus dientes debido al uso de aparatología protésica, sin recibir rehabilitación posterior. Esta condición afectó funciones importantes como la masticación, fonación y deglución.
