To determine by eans of a revision of Literature selective the adverse effects of aines of cox2 in the handling of chronic inflammatory diseases. METHOD: a revision of Literature of selective the adverse effects of aine of cox2 was made in the chronic inflammatory diseases. 30 scientific articles were analyzed, which were organized in a bibliographical matrix and it was come to analyze each one of them to identify the more common adverse effects. RESULTS. one was that the frequent pathologies but are in vital organs like the heart, stomach, kidney and liver..DISCUSION: According to the results obtained in the matrix one demonstrated that the selective inhibitors of cox2 have put in judgment fabric their effectiveness before the adverse effects that produce, since as well as they are medicines of a favorable effect, also produce reactions nonwished that also they are significatives CONCLUSION: the adverse effects of aines cox 2 selective ones are but common in adults and the frequency oscillates between 4 and 12% of the consuming population of these medicines.OBJETIVO. Determinar por medio de una revisión de la literatura los efectos adversos de los aines selectivos de la cox2 en el manejo de enfermedades inflamatorias crónicas. MÉTODO: se realizó una revisión de literatura de los efectos adversos de los aines selectivos de la cox2 en las enfermedades inflamatorias crónicas. Se analizaron 30 artículos científicos, los cuales se organizaron en una matriz bibliográfica y se procedió a analizar cada uno de ellos para identificar los efectos adversos más comunes. RESULTADOS. se encontró que las patologías más frecuentes se encuentran en órganos vitales como el corazón, estómago, riñón e hígado.
