During the evaluation, multiple missing teeth, ill-fitting restorations, plaque-induced gingivitis, bone resorption, and a reddish-blue lesion in the right lower retromolar region were identified, with a presumptive diagnosis of blue nevus or amalgam pigmentation. Craniomandibular abnormalities and alveolar collapse were also found. The treatment plan included periodontal therapy, surgery, prosthetic rehabilitation, and dental implants to restore oral function and aesthetics.El caso clínico presenta a una paciente de 55 años con antecedentes de migraña y osteoporosis, quien acudió para realizarse un tratamiento odontológico integral. Durante la evaluación se identificaron múltiples ausencias dentarias, restauraciones desadaptadas, gingivitis inducida por placa bacteriana, reabsorción ósea y una lesión rojiazul en la región retromolar inferior derecha, con diagnóstico presuntivo de nevus azul o pigmentación por amalgama. Además, se encontraron alteraciones craneomandibulares y colapso alveolar.
