The theme will then be the political participation in the post-conflict and opposition. Finally it analyzed from the texts of the agreements reached by the FARC and the government in Habana, the theory of “special commissions" and the right to political life in the country's transition.La presente investigación basada en fuentes actuales y coyunturales del conflicto y posconflicto, expone un acercamiento a lo que se presenta con ocasión de los procesos de negociación en la Habana, Cuba y de lo estipulado en el comunicado conjunto número 60, en el marco del Acuerdo Gobierno Colombiano-Farc Para La Creación De Una Jurisdicción Especial Para La Paz.
