Following clinical and radiographic evaluation, a comprehensive treatment plan was established, including basic periodontal therapy, prophylaxis, amalgam and resin restorations, and oral rehabilitation with a complete upper denture and a removable partial lower denture, with the aim of restoring the patient's masticatory function, aesthetics, and oral health.El caso clínico presenta a un paciente masculino de 40 años con edentulismo superior total, múltiples ausencias dentarias inferiores, caries activas y recurrentes, gingivitis asociada a placa bacteriana, desarmonías oclusales y estomatitis protésica relacionada con el uso de una prótesis mal adaptada.
