Physical activity will be measured using the SIMPAQ questionnaire, while psychological distress will be assessed using the GHQ12. Additionally, a brief sociodemographic questionnaire will be administered. Descriptive analyses of the variables and correlational analyses (Pearson or Spearman, depending on data distribution) will be conducted, using a significance level of 0.05.
