Today's dentist has diverse therapeutic tools that, based on a patient's medical and dental history, allow them to design treatment plans that meet patients' needs and, at the same time, benefit their overall health. Dentistry is a science with various specializations, which must necessarily share criteria to create a common goal. The following work presents the clinical history of a patient with both systemic and oral cavity problems. An ideal treatment plan, an alternative plan, and finally, the treatment that will be carried out at the Colombian Dental College Clinic by the tenth-semester students are proposed. Before making a decision regarding the patient's well-being, the necessary consultations were carried out for appropriate and comprehensive management.Con el avance de la ciencia, el ser humano ha ido adquiriendo aún más conocimientos que le permitan hacer nuevos aportes a la salud. El odontólogo de hoy cuenta con diversas herramientas terapéuticas que le permiten con base a una historia médica y dental, desafiar planes de tratamiento que cumplan con las necesidades de los pacientes y que, a la vez beneficien su salud integralmente. La odontóloga es una ciencia que cuenta con diversas especializaciones, las cuales obligatoriamente debe compartir criterios para crear un objetivo en común. En el siguiente trabajo se expone la Historia Clínica de un paciente con problemas tanto sistémicos como a nivel de cavidad oral. Se plantea un plan de tratamiento ideal, uno alternativo y finalmente el tratamiento que llevaremos a cabo en la Clínica del Colegio Odontológico Colombiano por los estudiantes de X Semestre.
