The relevance of this research lies in the need to establish a comprehensive, transparent, and efficient PAMEC process that not only applies the instruments and mechanisms required to detect areas for improvement but also strengthens staff induction, re-induction, and training. This, in turn, will optimize the evaluation of overall user satisfaction with the services provided by the institution. The main objective of this work is to diagnose the current state of compliance with the accreditation and continuous quality improvement requirements at ART DENTAIRE. It also seeks to establish the methodological foundations for the systematic identification of improvement opportunities. It is expected that the application of this PAMEC process will generate a positive transformation in the clinic, using a mixed-methods approach that combines descriptive and documentary research.Este estudio propone instaurar un modelo básico de auditoría interna, alineado con las directrices del Ministerio de Protección Social para la implementación del PAMEC, que apoye la identificación de áreas críticas, la priorización de la atención y la formulación de estrategias de mejora sostenible. La relevancia de esta investigación radica en la necesidad de establecer un proceso PAMEC integral, transparente y eficiente, que no solo aplique los instrumentos y mecanismos requeridos para detectar aspectos susceptibles de mejora, sino que también fortalezca la inducción, reinducción y el adiestramiento del personal. Esto, a su vez permitirá optimizar la evaluación de la satisfacción global de los usuarios frente a los servicios prestados por la institución. El objetivo principal de este trabajo es diagnosticar el estado actual del cumplimiento de los requisitos de habilitación y de mejoramiento continuo de la calidad en ART DENTAIRE. Asimismo, busca sentar las bases metodológicas para la identificación sistemática de oportunidades de mejora.
