The document describes the clinical and laboratory management of this system, highlighting its composition (based on an aluminum oxide substructure infiltrated with glass) which provides high flexural strength and excellent biocompatibility. Its indications are evaluated (primarily single crowns in the anterior and posterior regions, and three-unit bridges in the anterior region), as well as its advantages in terms of translucency, marginal fit, and soft tissue response.Este trabajo de grado se centra en el sistema In-Ceram, una técnica de restauración dental totalmente cerámica diseñada para ofrecer una alternativa estética y funcional a las coronas metal-cerámicas convencionales. El documento describe el manejo clínico y de laboratorio de este sistema, destacando su composición (basada en una infraestructura de óxido de aluminio infiltrada con vidrio) que le otorga una alta resistencia a la flexión y una excelente biocompatibilidad.
