It seeks to present different treatment alternatives, from the ideal treatment to a treatment plan tailored to the patient's needs, based on a prior clinical and radiographic study to arrive at a precise, comprehensive diagnosis. This report outlines the various diagnostic and treatment stages, drawing on the literature and the experience of different specialties, to achieve both aesthetic and functional rehabilitation.Con la presentación del caso clínico se trata de aprender a valorar de forma integral a los pacientes, esto con el fin de poner en práctica bajo la asesoría de las diferentes especialidades todos los conocimientos adquiridos durante la carrera. Se pretende dar a conocer diferentes alternativas de tratamiento, desde un tratamiento ideal hasta un tratamiento a realizar considerando las necesidades del paciente con un previo estudio clinico y radiografico para poder llegar a un diagnóstico integral precise.
