While reviewing her medical history, we found it necessary to mention general aspects within normal limits; however, we will focus on suggesting and considering alternative and unconventional treatments available at the Colombian Dental College clinic that we could offer a patient to improve and restore her oral form, function, and aesthetics. Our aim is not only to address the reason for her visit and improve it, but also to provide her with optimal comprehensive care.En este trabajo de investigación se analizará el caso clínico de la señora Luz Marina Quecan Sierra paciente del Colegio Odontológico Colombiano, la cual llega a consulta por una pequeña molestia en un diente pilar de una prótesis fija y con gran deseo de cambiarla. Al analizar su historia clínica nos vimos en la necesidad de nombrar aspectos generales bajo límites normales; pero nos enfocaremos en sugerir y considerar tratamientos alternativos y no convencionales en la clínica del Colegio Odontológico Colombiano que podríamos ofrecer a un paciente para mejorar y devolver su forma, función y estética oral.
