He maintains regular oral hygiene, brushing his teeth once daily using only a toothbrush and toothpaste. His lips, cheeks, vestibular sulcus, hard and soft palate, tongue, salivary glands, floor of the mouth, and frenula were found to be normal. He presented with gingival abnormalities (generalized gingivitis), an alveolar ridge with a type III bone collapse located in sextant 2, and tonsils absent due to surgery.Para realizar el reporte de caso clínico se elige al paciente Daniel Guillermo Alfonso Quintero quien voluntariamente acepta colaborar para que dicho trabajo pueda ser realizado. Considera su higiene oral regular, realiza 1 cepillado oral diario, utilizando solamente cepillo y crema dental. Encontramos normales los labios, carrillos, surco vestibular, paladar duro y blando, lengua, glándulas salivales, piso de boca y frenillos.
