Therefore, in addition to a comprehensive description of the methodology, at the end of the thesis, the study is applied to some patients between the ages of 6 and 12 to observe the feasibility of this study. During the critical period of tooth eruption, constant monitoring is essential. General dentists should observe their patients' dental position and alignment from an early age, allowing them to make predictions that avoid unnecessary or inappropriate treatments. Among the findings that could interfere with a patient's normal occlusion in the future are: 1. Abnormal Resorption Patterns 2. Retained Deciduous Root Fragments 3. Supernumerary Teeth 4. Ankylosis of the Deciduous Tooth 5. Non-Resorbable Bone Crypt 6. Soft Tissue Barrier 7. Poorly Fitting RestorationsEsta tesis tiene como objetivo dar a conocer una metodología de tratamiento, que permite establecer en forma rápida y objetiva el mantenimiento de los espacios para los dientes permanentes. Es por esto que además de una amplia descripción de esta, al final de la tesis de grado con el fin de observar la viabilidad de dicho estudio se aplica en algunos pacientes entre las edades de 6 a 12 años. Durante el periodo crítico del cambio de los dientes es indispensable una constante vigilancia. El odontólogo general debe observar en sus pacientes desde temprana edad la posición dentaria y alineación de los dientes deciduos, lo cual le permitirá hacer predicciones que eviten tratamientos innecesarios o inadecuados.
