Method: Patients with UNICOC orthodontic treatment, initial scans were taken and performed the initial steps in the sagittal, and basal, were placed mini-implants in the areas concerned, were activated 15 days after the mini-implants with Tie Back, after several months of treatment, a CT took control and final measurements were made and the differences between the initial and the final. Result: In all cases showed bone gain in transverse measures and lobby / lingual sagittal plane, six mini-implants gain obtained in the sagittal plane of the measurement of the vestibular cortical and two had bone loss level. In the cortical palatal / lingual bone regeneration was obtained in the eight mini-implants. Conclusions: The combination of metal and elastic ligation (tie back) and mechanical activation with mini-implants showed great effectiveness in achieving desired orthodontic movement in a short time, making bone regeneration in the sagittal and basal.Objetivo: evaluar mediante imágenes de tomografía computarizada de rayo de cono, la regeneración ósea en movimientos dentales ortodónticos de mensualización y distalización utilizando mini implantes. Método: pacientes con tratamiento de ortodoncia de UNICOC, se tomaron tomografías iniciales y se realizaron las medidas iniciales en los cortes sagital, y basal, se colocaron los mini implantes en las zonas correspondientes, 15 días después se activaron los mini implantes con Tie Back, luego de varios meses de tratamiento se tomó una tomografía de control y se realizaron las medidas finales y las diferencias entre la inicial y la final. Resultado: en todos los casos se observó ganancia ósea en las medidas transversal y vestíbulo/lingual del corte sagital, seis mini implantes obtuvieron ganancia en el corte sagital de la medida de la cortical vestibular y dos tuvieron pérdida del nivel óseo. En la cortical palatina/lingual se obtuvo regeneración ósea en los ocho mini implantes.
