The limitations found by this group to get to know in depth the real problems that overwhelm this community have been great, information limitations, because the forms are not filled out properly, there is no trained personnel for this. There has not been a good program, we in the desire to know the real problem and to establish an accurate diagnosis have not spared any resource for this purpose. Based on these proposals we intend to integrate an integral and healthy individual into the community, into society, improve their modus vivendi, change the conception they have of health, motivate them, offer them through the Center those simple actions that tend to satisfy their basic needs through health programming and prevention.Este estudio describe el Sistema Nacional de Salud en aspectos generales de políticas de salud, objetivos y organización y específicamente enmarca el Centro de Salud Bravo Páez N°. 12, Regional Santa Clara en forma subjetiva y clara, ya que no tuvimos acceso a ellas. Grandes han sido las limitantes encontradas por este grupo para llegar a conocer a fondo los verdaderos problemas que agobian a esta comunidad, limitantes de información, por cuanto no se diligencian debidamente los formularies, no hay personal capacitado para esto. No ha habido una buena programación, nosotros en el afán de conocer el verdadero problema y llegar a establecer un diagnóstico certero no hemos escatimado recurso alguno para tal fin.
