In this concordance study, a study population of 17 individuals was needed, of whom extraoral photographs were taken from the front and in profile. These photographs were subsequently developed and printed on photographic paper in a 1:1 ratio and the following measurements were taken: for the frontal photograph: zx-zx, g-gn, en-en, ex-ex, al-al, chch; for the profile photo: g-sn:sn-pg, pn-sn:sn-ls, n-sn, sn-sto, sto-sl. The measurements were carried out by 12 evaluators in three times. The results of the study present a high agreement between the evaluators (ICC>=0.8) and a high consistency between the measurements at the three times. In conclusion, it was obtained that the measures with the highest degree of reliability are: zx-zx, en-en, ex-ex, al-al, ch-ch; for the profile photograph: g-sn:sn-pg, pn-sn:sn-ls, n-sn, sn-sto, and those of medium reliability are: g-gn from the front and sto-sl from the profile. Therefore, it is not advisable to take them into account when carrying out analysis on extraoral photographs.el propósito del estudio fue evaluar el grado de confiabilidad de las medidas faciales en fotografías extraorales. En este estudio de concordancia se necesitó una población de estudio de 17 individuos a los cuales se les tomaron fotografías extraorales de frente y de perfil, posteriormente estas fotografías se revelaron y se imprimieron en papel fotográfico en relación 1:1 y se tomaron las siguientes medidas: para la fotografía de frente: zx-zx, g-gn, en-en, ex-ex, al-al, chch; para la fotografía de perfil: g-sn:sn-pg, pn-sn:sn-ls, n-sn, sn-sto, sto-sl. Las medidas fueron realizadas por 12 evaluadores en tres tiempos. Los resultados del estudio presentan una alta concordancia entre los evaluadores (CCI>=0.8) y una alta consistencia entre las medidas en los tres tiempos. Como conclusión se obtuvo que las medidas con mayor grado de confiabilidad son: zx-zx, en-en, ex-ex, al-al, ch-ch; para la fotografía de perfil: g-sn:sn-pg, pn-sn:sn-ls, n-sn, sn-sto, y las de mediana confiabilidad son: g-gn de frente y sto-sl de perfil.
