The Mandatory Healthcare Quality Assurance System is comprised of four components: 1. The Single Accreditation System. 2. Audits for Healthcare Quality Improvement. 3. The Single Accreditation System. 4. The Quality Information System. The scope of the infrastructure standard for accreditation encompasses the minimum and essential conditions of a building's areas and environments, and their maintenance, for the provision of healthcare services with the lowest possible risk. This includes the physical conditions of floors, walls, and ceilings, and the maintenance of care areas or their characteristics that affect critical healthcare processes. Hospital services are primarily comprised of infrastructure, as ensuring an appropriate space for patient care optimizes not only the patient's stay but also helps to reduce gaps that hinder continuous improvement and timely development in medical care. Improving health infrastructure in terms of service quality and efficiency guarantees the strengthening of its structure and enhances its competitiveness. Furthermore, the implementation of technical assistance programs improves the problem-solving capacity of healthcare providers and allows for the continued structural reinforcement of the buildings that house these facilities. This paper will analyze the infrastructure standard of the health center in the municipality of Simijaca, Cundinamarca, taking into account the knowledge acquired in this diploma program. Sistema Obligatorio de Garantía de Calidad de la Atención de Salud, está conformado por cuatro componentes como son: 1. Sistema Único de Habilitación. 2. Auditoría para el Mejoramiento de la Calidad de la Atención de Salud. 3. El Sistema Único de Acreditación y 4. El Sistema de Información para la Calidad. El alcance del estándar de infraestructura en habilitación son las condiciones mínimas e indispensables de las áreas y ambientes de una edificación y su mantenimiento, para la prestación de los servicios de salud con el menor riesgo posible. Son las condiciones físicas de las superficies de pisos paredes y techos, y el mantenimiento de las áreas asistenciales o características de ellas, que condicionen procesos críticos asistenciales. La oferta hospitalaria está constituida principalmente por la infraestructura, pues garantizar un espacio apropiado para la atención del usuario optimiza no solo la estadía del paciente, sino que permite disminuir brechas que se encuentran en déficit para el mejoramiento continuo y desarrollo oportuno en la atención médica. El mejoramiento de la infraestructura en salud en materia de calidad y eficiencia en los servicios garantiza el fortalecimiento de la estructuración y mejoramiento de su competitividad, además la implementación de programas de asistencia técnica permite mejorar la capacidad resolutiva en las entidades prestadoras en salud y continuar con el reforzamiento estructural de las edificaciones en las que funcionan las instalaciones. En este trabajo se analizará el estándar de infraestructura del centro de salud del municipio de Simijaca Cundinamarca teniendo en cuenta los conocimientos adquiridos en este diplomado.
