The research focuses on identifying the demand for local housing and property, providing real estate advice and analyzing the legal framework of real estate activity in the region. The research approach is descriptive in nature and combines field research and literature review to analyze opportunities and challenges in the local real estate market. Key themes analyzed and researched included the continued growth of construction in downtown Sabana, driven by its proximity to Bogotá, quality of life, and diversity of housing options.
