It examines international treaties, decisions of the Constitutional Court, and domestic legislation, evaluating the State's obligations toward immigrants and noting that, despite advances such as the Statutory Health Law, barriers and structural shortcomings still exist that prevent a full guarantee of the right to health for this population. It concludes that Colombia does not fully meet international standards.El trabajo analiza si el marco jurídico colombiano cumple con los estándares internacionales de derechos humanos relacionados con el derecho fundamental a la salud de la población inmigrante. Examina tratados internacionales, decisiones de la Corte Constitucional y la normatividad interna, evaluando las obligaciones del Estado frente a los inmigrantes y señalando que, pese a avances como la Ley Estatutaria de Salud, aún existen barreras y fallas estructurales que impiden una garantía plena del derecho a la salud para esta población.
