Dentists must employ not only their knowledge and skills, but also their attitude and commitment to face with fortitude and ethics the serious challenges posed by this disease, and they have the right to demand all biosafety measures and barriers that allow them to prevent the risks of HIV transmission.Es usual, pero antiético que algunos odontólogos nieguen o evadan la atención de personas infectadas con HIV e inadmisible que se substraiga del desarrollo científico y tecnológico, para evitar comprometerse con estos pacientes.
