Through this study, it is intended to analyze the most frequently diagnosed histologically soft tissue pathologies in the clinics of the Colombian Dental College. It is carried out in order to create a data archive to provide information to health professionals, to acquire a basic knowledge of soft tissue pathologies in the oral cavity, mainly aimed at achieving highly accurate definitive diagnoses and in this way awaken in the dental community and in the different public care services the need to diagnose and treat various oral pathologies early, creating awareness in the population about the importance of detecting and treating various oral clinical entities in a timely manner.Con esta investigación pretendemos dar a conocer las diferentes patologías de tejidos blandos intraorales, dando una descripción detallada de las patologías que han sido clasificadas de acuerdo a cambios de coloración, que pueden ser blancas, rojas y pigmentadas; otras se presentan ulceradas y algunas están recubiertas por mucosa normal, como también presentan textura rugosa o verrugo papilar. Mediante este estudio se pretende analizar las patologías de tejidos blandos más frecuentes diagnosticadas histológicamente en las clínicas del Colegio Odontológico Colombiano.
