It is important to assess whether greater anesthetic efficacy is achieved with the conventional supplementary intraosseous technique or with the computerized CCS® technique, using two brands of anesthetic in patients with acute irreversible pulpitis in lower molars. This study aims to evaluate the anesthetic efficacy of the conventional supplementary intraosseous technique and the computerized CCS® technique with 2% Lidocaine Septodont® and New Stetic® in patients with acute irreversible pulpitis in lower molars.
