Data were collected from dental clinical records, classifying diagnoses according to established endodontic criteria. Variables related to the frequency of pulpal and periradicular pathologies and the distribution of affected teeth were analyzed. The results showed that pulpal diseases, particularly irreversible pulpitis, were the most frequent, followed by periradicular diagnoses such as apical periodontitis. The most affected tooth group was the mandibular molars, especially the first mandibular molar. It is concluded that there is a high frequency of pulpal and periradicular pathologies in the evaluated population, with mandibular molars being the most affected teeth, highlighting the need to strengthen prevention strategies and timely endodontic treatment. Most Frequent Pulpal and Periradicular Diagnosis and Most Affected Tooth Reported in Clinical Records of Patients Treated at the Central Clinic of the COC – 1999.text::thesis::bachelor thesisTO 0976Pulpal DiagnosisPeriradicular DiagnosisPulpitisApical PeriodontitisEndodonticsClinical RecordsMandibular MolarsOral HealthColombian Dental CollegeopenAccess
