Objective: To evaluate the degree of satisfaction of patients rehabilitated with conventional Kennedy Class I removable partial dentures (RPDs), who were subsequently rehabilitated with Kennedy Class I removable partial dentures with distal implants, aged between 35 and 80 years, edentulous in the upper and partially in the lower arch, periodontally healthy, without physical or mental limitations, without systemic conditions, non-smokers, without drug dependence, non-alcoholics, and without bruxism, who underwent implant therapy at the level of teeth 36/37 and 46/47 and were rehabilitated with a conventional complete upper denture and a dento-implant-mucosal removable partial denture in the lower arch. A survey was applied one month after rehabilitating patients with a total upper removable prosthesis and a conventional lower partial removable prosthesis without loading the implants, which evaluated the following variables: 1. total impact on oral health and dry mouth (itso - bs), 2. global judgment of transition (jgt), 3. functionality and daily use of the lower partial removable prosthesis (fcpi), 4. burden of the prosthesis (gp), 5. oral conditions and quality of life (co - cv), 6. satisfaction with the lower prosthesis (spi), 7. evaluation of problems with the lower prosthesis (eppi) and the second survey was applied one month after loading the implants.
