Razón por la cual su objetivo principal fue analizar, comprender y explicar las necesidades de salud y las diferentes barreras de acceso que presenta la población, teniendo en cuenta la efectividad en los servicios de salud, del centro de atención de primer y segundo nivel del municipio de Miraflores Boyacá, logrando de esta manera establecer que tipos de barreras reconocen los usuarios del municipio, contribuyendo a las decisiones para lograr la satisfacción de las necesidades de salud de los habitantes, logrando un máximo de equidad, eficiencia y participación social garantizando un buen estado de salud de los vecinos del mismo.
