In all fields of dentistry and surgery, diagnosis and treatment are essential, both from the dentist who performs the initial examination and from the surgeon who determines the patient's final condition. The patient should be examined in their entirety to focus on the area where the patient reports pain. Dental professionals should use their fingers to identify any existing abnormalities. A thorough medical history helps us confirm or rule out any existing pathologies.El tercer molar tiene la mayor incidencia de impacto dentario y su extirpación quirúrgica es la intervención que con más frecuencia practican los cirujanos maxilofaciales.
