Data was collected so that it could be applied to our daily readings. The dentist and the student will have a more accurate understanding of this type of daily practice, as they will feel equipped to address these patients when appropriate. It should be noted that to achieve the results obtained, it is necessary to study the entire central nervous system, as it is one of the main sources of disorders such as this. Cerebral palsy can present before, during, or after birth, as the etiology is not hereditary. Patients affected by this disease often have considerable emotional problems secondary to their motor and sensory limitations. At the level of the oral cavity, they were found to present excessive salivation due to impaired swallowing muscle function and an increase in caries and periodontal disease due to physical and motor disabilities. Also important are proper medical history taking, communication with the attending physician, an appropriate environment for the patient's adaptation to the dental consultation, the safety of the operator and their cooperation during and after treatment, and proper management of general anesthesia when required.La investigación pretende explicar el manejo clínico y odontológico de los pacientes con parálisis cerebral, aunque no existe información concreta en el tema. Se hizo una recolección de los datos para poder aplicarlos sobre nuestra consulta lectura el odontólogo y el estudiante tendrán una visualización más acertada en este tipo de diaria ya que con esta pacientes y se sentirá capacitado para enfrentarlos en su debido caso. Cabe anotar que para lograr el resultado obtenido fue necesario estudiar el sistema nervioso central en toda su extensión pues es una de las fuentes principales de alteraciones como esta. La parálisis cerebral se puede presentar antes, durante o después del parto pues la etiología no es de tipo hereditario. Los pacientes afectados por esta enfermedad suelen tener problemas emocionales considerables secundarios a su limitación motora y sensorial. A nivel de cavidad oral se encontró que presentan excesiva salivación por falla en la función muscular para deglutir y un aumento de caries y enfermedad periodontal debido a la discapacidad física y motora.
